Unlock weapons on private dedicated servers

Hello,

I have a question about private dedicated servers. I want to create a private server for a private LAN but lot of our players are casuals and would probably not play as much as necessary to unlock weapons et other items.

I created a new server but I didn't find option to unlock weapons.

To be clear I just need a method to unlock all weapons and items without xp level increase on our profile.

Is there any way to do that now ?

If not, do you think it will be implemented in the future and when ?
